Residential: Colonials

A friend mentioned legacy-style Colonial-style lots that only required Pets. That sounded pretty challenging to build so I gave it a try. These are all 3x3 lots priced 86,226 - 93,662. The friend asked for 4 or more bedrooms and maybe a nursery and I tried to keep the cc to a minimum but ended up leaving the bedrooms unfurnished because nothing matched
