Community Phone

Another mesh replacement, this time the community phone booth. Updated to fix crashing on comm lots.  Contains three versions now, choose one.  Please note the filenames are now different due to version availability.

I just love this! I really dislike the Maxis community phone and these are so much nicer  :love
