University door in residences

Hello, I really like the door that have in universities, where the person puts their photo and chooses if they allow another sim to enter their room or not, I looked for it in construction mode to put it in residences, but I couldn't find it, it's possible make a door that has the same function as the university however in residences?
I really want to prohibit other residents or visitors from entering without permission from the room owner, because in real life people knock or call the person and ask if they can enter.
