Residential: Gothic Mariner

I used this house in a preview and one or two people liked it so I rebuilt it on a non-beach lot to share.
This was built before the s2store spooky windows were repositoried so if you have the updated windows, they might flash blue in hood view until you enter/save/exit the lot.
