Title: AL Smitty Classy's Glass and Grain Short
Post by: HugeLunatic on April 21, 2009, 04:28:27 AM
A single window.  If EAxis can give us a single window, then I can compliment it with a single window!  I like the simplicity of this window, but I get frustrated with the lack of matching windows that will fit above countertops.

This window is just above countertop height, takes all colors from the original Smitty Classy's window, and Requires AL.

I have no idea if anyone else has made any other windows for this, but I did find the Walnut door matches in style and the lightwood color.  So if there were two recolors of that door to match the other two recolors of this window then the set would be closer to being complete.  Not in recolor mood...

Nice window  :thumbup Door recolors here (http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=7c6c221104632c2c7069484bded33bcd1f03b76747f28bd2). I grabbed the textures from the Smitty doors so they match them. As close as maxis to the window  :))

Lunie!!!  Those long windows were really awkward so I never used them but I will now specially since you made the short versions :)

Amethyst thanks for the recolours!!!

You guys rock  :perfect10:

The single door is at ModTheSims2, I think it was F-way. Don't have a link right now.

Thanks Lunie for another brilliant creation. I love the original window in my apartments, now I have another to use.

ok, I thought I had all of fway's window/doors.  I will go double check, since this single isn't exactly at the top of my list. :;

Yes, it in his UPDATE: Hangoverly - Bohemian Matching Door, Arches, and Windows  (http://nene.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=307480)   Grabbed that as soon as it came out!

Oh gosh darn it!  I always get those doors mixed up. Sorry it's the single bohemian door, not the Smitty Class. Maybe I should make it my under taking for goofing up? I will not succeed...   :hysterical    PNL

whew!  Thought I was losing my mind. :;  Thanks for double checking though.  Just as soon as windows is done updating I can get my programs installed again.  Long story...I had to reinstall OS.  I am curious how my windows made backup is going to restore, never done it before.  But just in case I copied all my important files to my second HD

.7z is an archive like a .ZIP, only better. I know it's a free utility. I use a Total Commaner plug-in for it so I don't know more, unfortunately.

7zip is what I use to open all my compressed files. You can learn all about it here (http://www.7-zip.org/). It's really easy (MUCH easier than WinRAR!!), and free. It opens every kind of compressed file I've run across in my Sims downloading history (I've been hooked since Hot Date in the Simss1 days...).

^^ What they said! :D  But winrar should also be able to open them, you just may have to look in your settings to enable it for that archive type.
