spx xmastable mesh - fixed to transparent texture and split in top and bottom

Small set to make my favorite table even more useful:

• Mesh fix - to allow partly transparent textures at the tabletop. Overwrites the original mesh, but still shows all your old recols
• Table top and Table bottom as separate object addons (own GUIDs), but slaved to the mesh fix. This give you the possibility to combine for instance one of your own designed table tops with one of Amystefenix Bed Blanket solids by using my Table bottom slaved to Jonesi Bed Blanket - links below
