Finally completed this house, I have been playing it for ages, but it was never totally right!
An 18th century millhouse, converted into a luxury family home, with plenty of scope for expansion.
On the ground floor : entrance hall, kitchen, living room, dining room, sun room, study and cloakroom.
On the first floor : master suite with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, 2 bedrooms, hobbies room bathroom.
Large loft could be converted into further bedrooms.
Lake, swimming pool and covered terrace .
Left unfurnished and for sale at a reasonable 96,537 simoleons!
You will need the Belangie windows and doors by Windkeeper, to be found
Exterior walls and some interior walls by Sylvie, of Formule1Sims2
Wood and Iron fence and gate by Moon Ez
Now for some pics!

I'm wondering the same thing...been wondering it for a while if a dl link is available. I love this house, so i check in every now and then. Would it be wrong to rebuilt it, and throw it up with credit... if the house is no longer around to be shared?

Sorry about this, I am not on here very often. A download button has been added right at the end of the first post. I should warn you however, that I have not looked at this house for a long time, so it might not be perfect. If it isn't, let me know and I will see if I can fix it.

I just really appreciate you adding the dl button...and yeah, if I notice anything I think needs your attention, I will let you know.

I'd love to see pictures too, Dominie. I'm thinking about downloading the lot, too, and using it for one of my current families, so it would be great to get some inspiration from you first.
