Glass clutter set - slaved
« on: July 31, 2011, 09:36:03 PM »
All these meshes are originally based in 2 lovely glasses from Nemestnay's Pretty in pink set. I started this project as part of my Italian restaurant and Kates birthday present. But I needed more glass stuff to mix and match with flowers, food and candles, so the set just grew and grew.....

Here is what you get:
  • Plain Glass Fruitstand with glasstop (2 subsets, 1 slot) - master mesh to all glass parts
  • 3 smaller versions of the plain glass fruitstand (2 subsets, 1 slot)
  • NMS match fruitstand with glasstop (2 subsets, 1 slot)
  • NMS match fruitstand - also perfect for candles (2 subsets, 1 slot)
  • NMS match high fruitbowl, fruitbowl and fruit dish (2 subsets, 1 slot)
  • 3 sizes of NMS match 4 glasses(2 subsets)
  • NMS match 2 dinnerware glasses (2 subsets) to use with crissi's deco dinnerware
  • Recol "No Glasses" to suppress normal glasses in crissi's deco dinnerware
  • NMS match high closed candlesticks (1 glass subset, master mesh for candles)
  • NMS match high closed candlesticks with white glasstop (2 glass subsets, 1 candle subset)
  • NMS match high open candlesticks slaved(1 glass subset, 1 candle subset)
  • NMS vase match high bowl and lower bowl (1 subset, 1 slot)
  • NMS vase match 4 glasses(1 subset)
  • NMS vase match 2 dinnerware glasses (1 subset) to use with crissi's dinnerware
  • NMS vase match high closed candlesticks (1 glass subset, 1 candle subset)

Detailed pictures

Dinnerware
Use one of my dinnerware glasses together with crissi's deco dinnerware or any other plates you may like. I have included a "No glasses recol" of crissi's deco dinnerware.

NMS match high fruitbowl

NMS match fruitstand with DOTs candles (candles from TSR, not included)

NMS vase match high bowl with hibiscus (I don't remember where I found the hibiscus)

3 smaller versions of my plain glass fruitstand - perfect for small cakes and tea candles

Glass recols (included)

The plain Glass Fruitstand with glasstop is MASTER mesh. All other glass parts are slaved, so you wil only need to recolor this single mesh to recolor it all.

The picture shows which objects that have 2 subsets. I have included same recolors for top and bottom so you can mix and match, I have included a less shiny white recol as well.

Candle recols (included)

Get my Glass clutter set here. You don't need any other meshes to make them work.

No flowers, cakes or fruits included, just shown as examples - find these in my clutter section or in BPS. The big candles on the fruitstand is from DOT/TSR (not included). Thanks to Nemestnaya for 2 fabolous meshes, without these I wouldn't have done this set.

Enjoy, Helle

These look wondeful, Helle.
However I remember those little vases and remember discarding them for being ridiculously high poly (like about 12000 for a miniature vase).
At least some of these are reasonable, like the cake holder :)

Glad you like them. Yes they are high poly, but that is the proce when you want clutter with many details.

Kind regards, Helle

What a marvelous set, another great ideal!  I do have a question; How do you recolor this set?  I opened the master mash, and there was nothing to recolor, so is there something more that I need to do?

Glad you like it -I really admire all your stuff. It is pretty easy to recolor, you only have to change the TXMT file.

1. Take the masterfile and do as usually, choose to recolor both subsets in the same file (you can choose one by one as well, if you like).
2. Open the TXMT and choose folder Categorized Properties
3. Choose a color of the stdMatDiffCoef - you can get your choises by clicking at the colored box (the teal one in my case) or the numbers in the right column (choose the folder web, here you will find a lot of colors). You only have to change this one, but if you know more about he different parameters you can change some of the others as well.
4. Commit and save as usually - and that's it :love

I am looking forward to see a lot of new recolors - kind regards, Helle
