A 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath luxury home, with driveway and pool. Lots of room to expand upwards for a mere $67,250.

This home was tested for at least 2 sim weeks with a family of 3. All the screenshots in the slideshow were taken during testing. The house is unfurnished with the exception of bathrooms and kitchen. I had to move the hot tub from above the master bedroom to above the balcony.

I have the following SP's - Glamour Life, H&M, Happy Holidays

I want everybody out there to enjoy my lots, however there's a couple of things you can't do with it.. namely

-don't post it anywhere else and claim it as your own.
-don't post any of my lots to ANY pay site or The Sims 2 Exchange!!
-If you've rebuilt my lot and want to upload it, please state that it is a makeover of my lot somewhere in your post and link back to the original house. But please Do NOT upload a makeover on a Paysite!
-You can use my lots in screenshots, stories or movies if you like.

Other than that, have fun with it :)

Actually its very boring as it is because I never load in the house the way you see it in the pics, I always load in a vanilla one - all EA/Maxis only. I'd love to see anyone's version of it once its decorated and upgraded :)
