Title: Panel Valances - Slaved to Jonesi's Bed Blanket

As requested by Kate, the valances from my Panel Curtains slaved to Jonesi's bed Blanket.   These are completely separate from my panel curtains with there own GUIDs.

I've adjusted the mesh a bit.  The single is a bit wider, and both have been moved down to not interfere with ceilings.  I also made both a bit deeper and softened the lines so they are not as hard.  This makes the folds naturally shadowed a bit, which helps when using flat textures.  Includes diagonals for each.

Two subsets:

• Fabric is slaved to Jonesi's Bed Blanket
• Rod is slaved to the Value Blinds from Base Game

Hi HL! I know this seems like ancient history, but I recently found these and they're great!
Small issue (and maybe I've missed the updated version) - they go dark when lowered, so I can only use them at the tops of tall windows.
If you ever lower the meshes so they work better with AL, that would be welcome.  :thumbup
