The Debbie Curtains by RgdyAnne here (http://www.sims2artists.com/rugs1.html) have become my standard curtain for kitchens and bathrooms. The 1-tile versions come sized and spaced to cover the EA BG "Glassterpiece" privacy window, the PETS "Atomic" window and the GLS "Other Side" View window (see pic).
With Anne's permission, I have made the other two repository to the BG "Glassterpiece" and am offering the meshes here. I use the Apartment Life height-adjustment feature and Goggalor's Shiftables (http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,12998.0.html) from MATY to shift the curtains to form valances and tiers as I have done in the pic.
There are 53 solid colors in the file (that's why I needed them to be repository :)) ) I suggest deleting in game any you don't want!
