Title: Oleander bush recolours

Here are nine recolours of the basegame oleander bush.
They get snow-covered in the winter (or whenever there is snow), and are appropriately flowerless at those times. Then if the snow melts, they are in bloom again - blame Maxis for the design. (This made it impractical to make them too lifeless when under snow).
