Title: Exerto Exercise - Defaults

The "Exerto" exercise machines with a default texture of black and flat grey metal.  Some are base, UNI and FT.

Oh phooey! I have to break my tiny rule about build/buy mode defaults for these, they're so nice and neutral, that warm grey for the metal is an especially nice change. Thank you for another must-have set :love
