Title: All female left BV earrings come in pairs

Default replacement for all female _left_ earring meshes (all ages) for BV for those like me who prefer them in pairs and do not like to hunt for the matching right-side half earring.
Plus an optional hider for all female right earrings.
(As toddlers and children use the same mesh for both genders, toddler and child boys will also have a matching pair of earrings if assigned a left earring.)

Special thanks to CatOfEvilGenius whose Sims Mesh Mirror plug-in (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=405899) for Milkshape made this a breeze.
