This is an expanded version of peppermint & ginger's (https://peppermint-ginger.tumblr.com/post/176486965834/download-simfileshare-531-mb-edited-version) which used Criquett's Rural Charm (https://criquette-was-here.tumblr.com/ruralcharm) as a base with tweaks.

This includes:- criquette's cloned road overlay mesh (https://criquette-was-here.tumblr.com/ruralcharm) - no cheats required to place and continuous buying
- recolors of criquette's cloned road overlay mesh to include p&g's no green edge and added sidewalks
- p&g's concrete and desert road defaults with sidewalk textures and no green space between road/sidwalk
- concrete terrain DR by me that is sand/beach
Other useful Information:
Concrete, Lush, and Desert terrains shown are all DR by iCad (dramallamadingdang)
The terrain paint and floor tiles by criquette (link above) are useful with these DR
You can only have one DR for each terrain and/or roads.
I use dreadpirates's MM lighting mod, which is an edit of spookymuffins, so your game may display differently.
