Hehe - The palm trees are always the first thing I remove from Pleasantview as well! :) The problem I find with those houses is that internally, they're fairly poorly laid-out and trying to get a double bed in most of them that doesn't butt up next to a wall means taking out the walls.

And ooo! A porch swing? I need to see that!

What's been really interesting the last couple of days, when I've been going to a friend's house - I watch the houses on the side of the road as we drive past. And I realised that both the Pickett Lane and Tulip Grove siding IS used in Australia in very similiar colours.  Now I'm trying to work out how to get pictures of them from Google maps! :D

I always find it so interesting to see Sims items in real life- anywhere but IKEA, where it's like, "Oh I just used that in my last house!".

which is by Tinkle at BPS. There are some great ones by BeOsboxboy, cat3cm, and simaddict99 @ TSR- no longer pay, and cokeandasmile @ MTS (who has a very restrictive policy).
