SDA Louisiana Add on - Buffet with upper cabinet, 12 slots

New slaved mesh by me to match the Louisiana set. It is made for the kitchen/diningroom, but can also be used as book cabinet in the livingroom or the the bedroom. The cabinet has 12 slots to contain a lot of clutter :love
