TS3>TS2 Fireplace Conversion
« on: March 23, 2010, 02:52:20 AM »
I saw a request for this conversion over on GoS and I love this fireplace! Would someone perhaps like to convert it for TS2?  I assume it's Maxis, since the OP didn't say otherwise. Whenever would be fine, I'd just love to have it someday  :flowers

Unless she did more than 2, I don't think so. There was the one more modern looking one, then one that was more rustic looking and it has a screen of some sort in front of it. (Unless that's the same one and it just looks different because of the textures she used? I don't think it is though.)

No, she did that beautiful rock one I used in the Blue Christmas pic here and a modern rectangular one. I've never seen one like this by anyone.

No it's not a store item, I have pulled the mesh already from the game files.  And  the cloner does not pull store items.

I will take a look to see how well it will convert.  I think that is a mirror above the fireplace, and I don't know if I can do that in TS2.  I will let you know when I look more into it.

Ah good to know.  I wasn't sure if it was base game.. I thought it might have come with the Regal Living set.  I couldn't remember and I just finally installed Sims 3 last night.
