Witch stuff made buyable in catalog.  Also includes cauldron (appliances/misc) and the spellbook (deco/misc).

After Lunie updated this to add the cauldron and spellbook, I re-updated it to make everything available on community lots. Using any of these to decorate or furnish a community lot should be fine but I don't think putting them for sale on ofb business lots is a good idea.
