[M&G] Empire Round Window

A default override of a window fix for my favorite stalker shasta.   :))

This is the M&G Round Empire window.   Lighting on window is fixed as well as the wall cutout.  And I learned a new trick in the CRES to fix the lighting! Go me.  =)
