I haven't looked at this stove in game, but looking at the file it appears to require at least UNI and possibly OFB.  There are references all over in the BHAV's for UNI stuff.

Well that would explain it, I don't have University.  I don't suppose there is anything that can be done so it would not need University?  I love this stove  :cry
